Greetings to all Campers:
The
During these day camps your
child/children will learn many things about horses and about horsemanship. The educational portion of our camp includes
looking at different breeds and identifying different parts of the horse,
saddle and bridle. The activity portion
of our camp includes campers being assigned a horse for the week which will
teach them how to care and groom, correctly halter, saddle and bridle their
horse. Your child/children will also learn
and experience how to correctly clean and care for a horse stall. Once they have mastered the ability to mount
and dismount and use correct riding posture, campers will begin walking and
trotting with their horse. We have over
400 acres for the campers to explore with their new found knowledge and
experiences!
We are conveniently located
